 We're all about spreading joy through our handcrafted baked goods and irresistible sweet treats! We want every bite to bring a smile to your face, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better. Our policy is designed with you in mind—simple, fair, and full of heart. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our goodies (think fresh-baked cookies, decadent cakesicles, and chocolate-dipped delights), we have some special guidelines to ensure safety and quality for everyone.

Important Exceptions (Because Freshness Matters!)

• No Returns on Perishables: For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges on opened, partially consumed, or perishable items. Once they've left our kitchen, they're yours to enjoy!
• Final Sale Items: Discounted or custom-ordered treats (like personalized cake pops) are final sale and non-refundable, unless they're damaged upon arrival.
• Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of heart (for non-perishable items only), you'll cover the return shipping. We recommend using tracked shipping to keep things safe and sound.
• Condition of Items: Any returned non-perishables must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may apply a small restocking fee (up to 15%) for these.
